I Experience Heavy Bleeding Leakage With Kotex Pads Not Absorbing

I have been menstruating for about 20 years, and I can honestly say this past week has been one of the most uncomfortable and stressful periods I’ve ever experienced. Three days ago, I purchased Kotex Active Long pads (16-count) from the Migros Jet store on Mustafa Kemal Street in Iskenderun. I specifically chose this product because of the claims on the packaging such as “for heavy days” and “flexibility while moving.”

However, during the three days I used this product, I experienced severe leakage with every single pad. It felt as if the pad absorbed almost nothing. On three separate occasions, I had heavy bleeding that ran down between my legs—not just minor spotting, but intense leakage. Because of this, I had to wear an extra pair of shorts under every outfit, and for the past three days, I’ve been going through my days feeling anxious and uncomfortable.

I chose Kotex specifically because I trusted the brand, but this product has seriously affected both my physical comfort and my psychological well-being. I am sharing this complaint so the company is aware of the issue and to help prevent others from experiencing the same problem.
