Kosmos Visa Consultancy Errors Caused Double Rejection of My Denmark Visa File

I experienced severe victimization due to Kosmos Visa Consultancy (Sun Vize) regarding my Schengen visa application for Denmark. During our initial meeting, I was informed that museum and concert tickets would be added to my file to increase the probability of obtaining a visa, and that receiving a 6-month visa was guaranteed; however, I later discovered that none of these documents were ever included in my file. I decided to apply specifically for Denmark under the agency's guidance.

Although I reside in Ankara, because my official residential address is in Sakarya, I was told the application had to be submitted via VFS Global Istanbul, and my documents were prepared accordingly. I completed my procedures at VFS Global Istanbul on March 18, 2026. However, my travel date was approximately 15 days after the submission date. VFS Global officials noted that my travel dates needed to be updated to at least 25 days out and that this change had to be notified to the embassy via email. I relayed this information to the representative at the consultancy firm. Despite this, instead of forwarding the required documents and information to the embassy, the assigned personnel sent them to VFS Global; because the update never reached the consulate, my file and passport were returned without processing.

Subsequently, a fresh application was submitted from Ankara on April 3, 2026, using the same file number. This time, my travel date was arranged for 40 days past the submission date. During the interview, I informed the officer of my changed flight and hotel details. Nonetheless, the embassy returned my file and passport for a second time, stating that processing could not be conducted in Ankara using an Istanbul file number.

Throughout the entire process, I repeatedly reported these occurrences to the agency's employees. However, the staff assigned to me changed nearly every month, forcing me to explain the entire situation from scratch every single time. Agency officials admitted that errors were made during previous steps and explicitly stated that I bore no fault. They offered to restart the application provided I pay the €90 visa fee once more, even sharing potential appointment slots. Shortly thereafter, however, they stated they would not proceed with the service, cut off all support, and have ignored my calls and messages for weeks.

In conclusion, despite paying a €90 visa application fee and a €170 consultancy fee, my application failed to reach a conclusion twice due to the agency's blunders, causing me significant financial and time losses. Having provided no missing documents or inaccurate declarations, I demand that my grievance be rectified and that my visa application process be re-initiated and handled completely and accurately.
