I attempted to book a Greece visa appointment through Kosmos Visa Services right after they posted the link on their official Instagram page. The page was already open on my computer, and I accessed the system the moment the announcement was made. Yet, the appointments didn’t appear until five minutes later. Once they did, I selected a date, chose a time, and just as I reached the payment screen, I received an alert saying, “This date and time are no longer available.”
I tried again immediately, selecting different days and times—three separate times to be exact—and received the same message every time. All of this happened within minutes. The appointments were gone almost instantly, and I wasn’t the only one. Dozens of people on social media are reporting the exact same experience.
At this point, it’s hard not to suspect foul play. It really seems like Kosmos is reserving appointments to sell to agencies for profit. There is simply no other reasonable explanation for how appointments disappear within seconds, even when we act instantly.
