Konami Verification Email Not Arriving — Can’t Get Code for Efootball Login

I used my Gmail address to receive a Konami verification code for the Efootball game, but even though I entered my email correctly, I never received any verification or password email. I also checked my spam and junk folders, but there was no email at all. Since I don’t have another email address, I cannot try a different one. I have not contacted Konami customer service yet, and I have never experienced an issue like this before.

I request the necessary support so that I can receive my password and access my account.
