eFootball Pack Opening Crashed Mid-Animation and the Card Never Showed Up in Inventory

I encountered a serious error while opening the Lamine Yamal pack in eFootball on Android, and I suffered a real loss as a result. I purchased and opened the Lamine Yamal pack using 100 Mayclub coins. The moment I opened it, the Lamine Yamal card appeared on screen as a solo pull, the reveal animation began playing, and while I was watching it, the game suddenly crashed and kicked me out entirely.
When I logged back in shortly after, I discovered that the Lamine Yamal card I had clearly seen on my screen just moments before was nowhere in my account. It had not been added to my card inventory, and I was unable to reclaim the pack I had opened. This happened approximately one month ago, and since that day the card has never been credited to my account, nor have the 100 Mayclub coins I spent been refunded. My account name is NOA-LANGG and the transaction was made from my Android device.
I saw that card on screen, solo, with its full animation — which tells me the system did register the pull, but a technical failure prevented it from being saved to my account. For all of these reasons, I am requesting that the technical error be investigated, that the relevant transaction logs be reviewed, and that the Lamine Yamal card I am rightfully owed be credited to the account under the name NOA-LANGG. I am also requesting that the 100 Mayclub coins I spent during this process be fully restored to my account, and that the harm I have experienced be properly addressed.
