Konami Needs to Restore My Missing eFootball Coins

Today, I experienced a very serious issue in the mobile version of the eFootball game. The 650 eFootball coins in my account suddenly disappeared on their own even though I did not perform any transaction at all. I did not open any packs, purchase any players, or make any other type of in-game spending, yet I noticed that my balance had decreased unexpectedly.

This situation caused serious frustration and completely ruined my enjoyment of the game. Losing eFootball currency without making any transaction is not an acceptable situation and makes it difficult for me to trust the security and reliability of my account.

I expect Konami to review the activity history on my account and restore the missing 650 eFootball coins to my account as soon as possible. If necessary, I can also provide additional information and screenshots regarding the issue.
