Koleston 4/77 Hair Dye Arrived Damaged and Leaking
I purchased Koleston 4/77 Terracotta hair dye from Anpa Market in Malatya. Although the product was still within its expiration date, when I opened the box, I found that the packaging was torn, the tube was deformed, and some of the contents had leaked out. Since the product was in this condition despite the cap being closed, I did not want to take any risks regarding my hair or health. I therefore took photos of the product and had to throw it away without using it.
I also encountered torn and damaged packaging on another Koleston hair dye in a different shade, which was equally disappointing. Despite the expiration date being 11/2026, the fact that these products were in such poor condition raises serious concerns regarding both product safety and quality.
I request that these defective and damaged Koleston hair dyes be replaced with new, intact products without requiring me to pay any additional fees. I expect the issue to be resolved promptly and the necessary quality checks to be carried out to prevent similar problems from occurring again.
The packaging of Koleston 4/77 terracotta and another color product was torn, the tube was deformed and the contents leaked. I never used the product and took a photo of it before throwing it away. No communication was made with the store; the brand is irresponsible and did not stand behind it.
