Koleston 7.3 Hair Dye Causes Hair Loss and Scalp Itching

I have been using Koleston 7.3 tube hair dye for a long time, but over the past six months, I have started experiencing a serious problem after coloring my hair. After dyeing my hair, whenever I run my hand through it, I find a significant amount of hair coming out into my palm. I have also been experiencing noticeable daily hair loss. In addition, I have developed persistent itching on my scalp.

I believe this situation may be related to the product, and I am honestly concerned about it. I purchased the product through Trendyol. I do not have any known allergies or allergic conditions, so I did not expect to experience this kind of result under normal use.
