I Bought a Venetian Blind From Koçtaş but They Refused Help Without the Box

I bought a Venetian blind from Koçtaş, but sadly, it came damaged. I noticed that when I installed it, it doesn’t close all the way, which impacts how it looks and works. I reached out to customer service, thinking they could assist me since the product is still covered by warranty. But they said that since I don’t have the box anymore, there’s nothing they can do—no returns, no repairs, no replacements. I was really surprised by this response. I didn’t think they’d be so strict about something as minor as packaging, especially since the item obviously has issues. I'm really disappointed by how there's not much flexibility or support around here. I relied on the brand to support its products, and this situation has really made me rethink that trust.
Koçtaş did not surprise me again; they called and said that nothing could be done because there was no box. They also said I should have noticed that the curtain didn't close before installation. I will keep these in mind when shopping and will not buy from here again.
