Kling AI Pro Removed 2.5 Model Features Not Working

I am writing to report several serious issues I am experiencing with the Kling AI web platform and to request a full refund of my purchase made on 28 April 2026. When I first used Kling AI with the initial free credits, I was able to generate videos using the 2.5 model at 720p designed for mobile. After purchasing Pro / credits, I can no longer select the 2.5 version for videos, even though this is exactly what I need and expected to continue using. This change was not clearly communicated and directly affects the value I receive from the service. In addition, the videos generated have a lot of background noise. I created two videos and even when I disable the sound effects option, there is still a noticeable background noise in the output, which makes the videos unusable for my purposes. This makes the feature effectively useless to me. Another problem is that the “extend video” option, which is shown and promised in Kling AI’s own YouTube videos, does not appear on my account at all. The advertised feature simply is not available in the actual product I am using, which I consider misleading. Moreover, at the beginning the price for a 2.5 generation was 15 credits, then it suddenly increased to 25 credits, and now the 2.5 option is completely greyed out. This constant change and removal of the promised option, after I have already paid, feels like false advertising. I currently have about 3000 credits in my account, but given these issues and the fact that I cannot use the service as advertised, I do not want to continue using it and these credits are completely unusable for me. There is also no clear way to contact support through the Kling AI website. I tried to reach out via Instagram, but there is no proper support channel provided on the platform itself, which makes it very difficult to resolve these problems. Due to all these reasons, I request a full refund of my payment and cancellation of my remaining credits, as I am not receiving the service and features that were presented when I decided to pay for Kling AI.
