I purchased train tickets via Omio for a trip from Stockholm to Oslo, with travel dates between 21/12/2025 and 28/12/2025, and I chose to pay through Klarna. For this booking, I was charged twice, each time 1,559 SEK, linked to booking numbers PUT7717W and PUT7716P. When I contacted Omio customer service about the duplicate charge, they informed me that they could contact Klarna, which was the payment method I used. Despite this, the issue has not been resolved and I am still out of the extra 1,559 SEK that should not have been charged. I request that the unnecessary second charge be refunded as soon as possible and that my payment plan or invoice with Klarna be corrected so that I only pay once for these tickets.
