Kıyafet Sepeti Made It Impossible to Return My Order

On June 25, 2026, I purchased an evening dress from the Kıyafet Sepeti website. After the dress arrived, I realized that the size was not right for me, so on June 30, 2026, I tried to start the return process through MNG Cargo. However, when I attempted to create the return shipment, I discovered that Kıyafet Sepeti did not appear in MNG Cargo's return system.

I contacted MNG Cargo to find out why. I was told that if a company has payment-related issues, its shipping agreement may have been suspended, which could explain why it no longer appeared in the system. I then contacted Kıyafet Sepeti, and instead of offering a solution, I was told that I would have to take the package to the shipping office myself because home pickup was not available. I explained that I work during the day and wanted to use the pickup service, but I was simply told that someone else could deliver the package on my behalf.

I then informed the company that I was willing to pay all shipping costs myself and asked for a clear return address. Instead of providing one, I was told to look for the return address on their Instagram page. I also learned that the company allows only two days for returns, refuses returns sent after that period, and does not offer cash refunds.

I request that Kıyafet Sepeti provide a clear return address, allow me a reasonable amount of time to return the product, accept my return without unnecessary obstacles, and issue a full refund to my original payment method.
