Kiwi.com Charged €659 Without Sending Flight Confirmation

Yesterday, on April 23, I booked a flight through Kiwi.com with Air Maroc on the Amsterdam – Casablanca – Banjul route, with travel dates from June 26 to July. An amount of €659 was charged the same day to my Bunq Mastercard, but I have not received any booking confirmation or reservation number from Kiwi.com. The booking was made under the name Saikou Barr** using the email address saikoubarr***@gmail.com, where I expected to receive the confirmation. Since no email was delivered, I contacted Kiwi.com support, but I have not received any response despite the payment being successfully processed. Under these circumstances, I request a full refund of the €659, as I have not received any valid booking confirmation or ticket for the flight I paid for.
