KitchenAid Mixer Voltage Issues and No Support in Turkey
When I made the purchase in the United States, I made it clear to the seller that the KitchenAid kitchen robot would be used in Turkey. On the other hand, I had no idea about the voltage difference. The retailer did not provide this information either. When I tried to use it in Turkey, the machine began making strange noises. It powered up on the second try, but I couldn't turn it off; I had to unplug it instead. My house's power went out completely. At the moment, I am unable to use the machine at all. This area's local service is unwilling to repair it. If it had been discovered in the United States, it would have been repaired or replaced at no cost due to the warranty.
