Kiss Kiss Game Arbitrarily Demotes Player VIP Level Without Notice
After extensive effort, I raised my account to VIP level 7 in the Kiss Kiss spin-the-bottle game. However, about two weeks ago, I noticed that because I did not reach VIP level 8, the game dropped my account directly to VIP level 4 without any prior warning. I believe such a severe drop from VIP 7 to VIP 4 is completely unfair.
When I contacted support through the in-game help option regarding this issue, representatives merely sent a generic explanation on how VIP levels work, offering no concrete solution for this unfair demotion.
I refuse to accept losing the VIP level 7 status that I invested so much time and money to achieve. I demand that support restore my account to at least VIP level 6 and compensate for this unfair downgrade.
