Pet Rescue Saga Events Not Opening Despite Appearing on Screen

For about a week now, I haven’t been able to participate in events in the Pet Rescue Saga game that I play on my computer. Even though the events appear on the screen, when I click on them, they don’t open and I can’t access them at all. I tried restarting both the game and my computer, as well as updating the game, but the issue persists.

My username is m*r**. This problem occurs only in Pet Rescue Saga — all other games work without any issues. Although I haven’t experienced any financial loss, I can’t fully enjoy the game since I’m unable to join events.

I contacted the support team about three days ago, but I haven’t received a response yet. I kindly request that this problem be resolved as soon as possible.
