King.com Won’t Show Reward Ads on iPhone After Level Ends

On King.com games, ads are not appearing for me. When a level ends, I can’t watch any videos. I’m using an iPhone, and even after contacting Apple support and adjusting the settings, I still can’t view the ads. Could you please help me?

I’ve been stuck on the same level for days — I just need one more move to pass it. If the ad option appeared, I could continue, but no ads are showing up at all. Please help me fix this issue.
