Kilo Health Locked Me Out and Won’t Let Me Cancel My Subscription
Expecting a flawless experience, I signed up for a three-month membership with Kilo Health at a discounted price. When I tried logging onto the app a week later, though, I discovered my email address vanished. This seems strange as my email performs flawlessly anywhere else. Locked out of my account, I tried to get in touch with customer assistance but found no phone number recorded and their web contact forms kept producing error messages. Faced with a subscription I cannot use or cancel, I am now caught since once the current plan expires, they will start automatically charging me. This whole scenario seems like a trap, hence I really suggest everyone to consider twice before joining Kilo Health.
