Kilo Health Charged Me Without Notice and Refused a Full Refund

Run the other way! From what I know, Kilo Health is simply a deception. Although I signed up for their service, I never got any pertinent information about my subscription or a confirmation email. My payment seemed to vanish right away. To exacerbate matters, they then made another payment from my account without warning. When I contacted customer support in trying to resolve the problem, they merely provided a meagre 50% refund and refused to completely refund me. Their indifferent and ineffective customer service left me feeling duped. Save yourself the effort and keep clear of Kilo Health. They are obviously not concerned about their clients, unprofessional, and untrustworthy. Steer clear of their trap!
