Rude Service And Wrong Burnt Order At KFC, Request Full Refund
On July 14, 2026 at around 7:30 pm, I placed an online order from KFC and went to the restaurant to pick it up on my way home. After I received the order, I checked it and saw that it was wrong, the chicken was burnt and the biscuit was hard like a brick. I went back into the store and showed the burnt chicken and biscuit to the staff member at the counter. She reacted with “omg” and went to check what had happened with my order. When she came back, she told me that they did not have what I originally ordered, so they just gave me something else without asking me or informing me. Because my order was wrong and the food was in bad condition, I requested a refund for the approximately $16 I paid with my Cash App card. I was told I could not get a refund at the store, and I also have not been able to get a refund online. I am requesting a full refund of my order and an explanation of why my order was changed without my consent and why the store refused to process my refund even though I returned the wrong and burnt food.
