KFC Missing Salads and Disappointing Customer Service

I bought three KFC meals on June 14, 2023, but none of them had salads. I've tried to get in touch with them to find out why. The first time I called their hotline at 444, someone answered and said they'd get back to me, but no one has. I feel like I'm being forced to spend more money and make phone calls all the time. Why does the customer have so much to do? For a few cents, you're not giving me what I was promised. Most of the time, and especially today, my 400 TL order didn't come with any salads. There is no customer satisfaction, and the customer service team is not helpful. Since 10:30 this morning, I've been trying to get in touch with them. I am very unhappy.
