KFC Ignores Allergies and Has Poor Quality Control

I ordered three Gamer Boxes from the official KFC website, and it directed me to the Kartal Soganlk branch. I specifically requested that one menu item's hamburger not have any sauce in the customer notes. When the order arrived 1.5 hours later, all of the hamburgers had black pepper mayonnaise. Because my child has allergies, I've gone through this for the third time despite emphasizing it, and each time I've squandered my money. Not only were the hamburgers undercooked, but half of the fries were overcooked as well. The onion rings they sent were also in good condition. I called customer service and complained. When the branch called, they promised to send a replacement menu the following day. However, as the delivery date approached, they called to say that their superiors would not allow it because I did not have the original items to return. I keep the menu as evidence. We've already been waiting 1.5 hours, and my child is hungry. Is it my responsibility to wait another 1.5 hours for the replacement menu? Why have a customer note option if you're not going to consider customer requests? Or, if you have it, why don't you check it? I can't bear the thought of what might have happened if I had accidentally fed that sauce to my child. This is uncharacteristic of a company like KFC. Products cooked hours ago are served at the Soganlk branch. Who would be held responsible if my child ate it and something bad happened as a result of your actions? But this will not be merely verbal or written; I intend to take the matter to court. Consumer Rights are in place for a reason.
