KFC Canceled Due To Lack Of Ingredients, Refund Not Happened Since

We ordered from the KFC Vialand branch. They canceled it because they didn't have the ingredients of the menu we ordered. The refund process was started on July 30, but there is still no refund. I talked to customer service, they said wait 15 working days, and it passed. Now my only option is that I will start enforcement proceedings against them, they should pay the first order of 300 TL 933.40, even the deputy should follow him and pay his fee, I don't understand if there will be so much irresponsibility in so many corporate companies...
