My Kenwood FDM 301 Food Processor is Malfunctioning

I was really excited when I bought the Kenwood FDM 301 food processor, but I ran into a problem while using it: the ingredients I mix end up in the inner compartment. When I brought it to the service center, they said there was nothing wrong with the product. Is this how it's supposed to work, as shown in the image? If there's a product without any issues, can I exchange it by paying the price difference? So, what solution can you offer?
