Arçelik Sent Wrong Model for My 11141M Machine Replacement with Incorrect Design

Hello, within one year, my Arçelik machine was replaced twice due to drum issues. The first time, we paid extra to upgrade the model. In the second instance, they said the 11140M model was unavailable and offered to replace it with the 11141M model, which we accepted. However, the model delivered to our home does not match the one on their website. While the website model opens from the upper right side, the one delivered to us opens from the inside, which is a completely different setup. Customer service said that the difference in design means it’s not eligible for replacement. Is there such a thing? I also mentioned that the machine's dimensions differ from what's stated in the manual, but they ignored that. The door on the machine we received even has the Ariel logo on it!
