I purchased a Kenwood Airfryer from Media Markt on April 24, 2023. After just 3 months, the interior started peeling. I couldn’t return it right away, so I continued using it. A month ago, I sent it in for service, as it’s still under warranty. The Airfryer was never exposed to chemicals or washed in a dishwasher. However, I was told I need to pay ₺1500 to replace the drawer. What’s frustrating is that my sibling had the same issue with their Kenwood device, and it was replaced for free. Why am I being charged for the same problem? Where is the warranty in this? I spoke with someone named B****, and they were not helpful at all. I will never purchase from this brand again, and I’ll make sure those around me avoid it too.
