Kcex Crypto Exchange Refuses to Pay Promised YouTube Referral Reward

June 10 2:03 PM

I signed up for a crypto exchange called Kcex based on a referral from a YouTube channel called "k***i" that focuses on crypto content. This influencer announced that anyone who signed up for this exchange using his code and completed KYC verification would receive a reward from the exchange. Based on this promise, I registered on the site.
After registering, in order to qualify for the promised reward campaign, I first completed KYC verification, then verified my phone number and email address, connected my X account, and posted as instructed by the exchange. After completing all of these steps in full, the system stated that the reward would be credited after 24 hours. However, even after 24 hours passed, no reward was given, and instead I was given excuses like a "risk center violation."
I believe they clearly lured people to the site with the promise of a USDT reward, collected identity and personal data through registration, KYC, and various verification steps, and then behaved in a misleading and trust-breaking way by never delivering the promised reward. I have screenshots of my conversations with live support and the warning messages that appeared on screen.
I'm requesting that all identity and personal data I provided to the Kcex platform during this process be completely deleted from their systems, and that a proper investigation be conducted to put a stop to these kinds of misleading campaigns.
