I purchased the Karcher SC2 steam cleaner through the A101 app, and the product was delivered to me on April 8. Before buying it, I compared the SC2 with the SC3 model. The only differences described between the two products were that the SC2 required approximately six minutes for the water to heat and cool and that it could provide uninterrupted cleaning for up to 75 m² with a single tank. Since both products were advertised as having 3.5 bar pressure, I decided to purchase the SC2. However, my actual experience with the product has been completely different from what was promised.

The device produces steam for approximately 30 seconds and then switches back into heating mode for around 20 seconds. In practice, this makes it impossible to clean even a single door continuously because the machine constantly stops and restarts. Moreover, there was no clear information anywhere stating that the product worked in this way by providing steam only briefly before requiring repeated waiting periods.

I only learned that this was the normal operating principle after contacting customer service, but this extremely important detail was never disclosed during the purchasing process.

The cleaning performance of the product also failed to meet my expectations completely. Despite being advertised as 3.5 bar, the machine only provides strong steam for one or two seconds when the trigger is first pressed. Immediately afterward, the pressure drops and the device goes back into heating mode. The steam output is not powerful enough to remove dirt effectively or provide meaningful cleaning performance.

There is a very significant performance difference between this product and the SC3 model, yet this difference was not explained clearly in the product description or sales information. This has caused me serious disappointment.

When I contacted Karcher customer service, I was told that this operating behavior is considered normal and that the product could not be returned because it had already been used. However, it is impossible to understand the real performance and working system of a product without actually using it. If critical details such as the steam intervals and the actual steam performance had been clearly disclosed beforehand, I definitely would not have purchased this product.

For these reasons, I request that my dissatisfaction regarding the Karcher SC2 steam cleaner be resolved and that the full product price be refunded to me.
