Joom Order -not Supplied As Stated- Refund Request

On December 27, 2025, I placed an order on Joom for an “Adidas Originals Adicolor Reversible Jacket Three Stripes Color Block Hooded Long Sleeve Jacket Men Jacket Black HZ069,” with order number WDLPWV38, to be delivered to Yoqneam Illit, Haifa, Israel. According to the information in the app, the order should have been received by January, but the delivery date was repeatedly postponed, and I never received the product. Throughout this period, I kept indicating in the app that the order had not been received. Despite this, no one from Joom contacted me. When I finally managed to reach support, I was simply told that the package was shown as supplied, even though I did not receive it at all. In light of the fact that the product never arrived and I have been left without any effective support or solution, I request a full refund for order WDLPWV38 to be processed as soon as possible.
