My Jojobet Deposit Was Not Credited - I Got No Support
On September 18, 2025, I deposited ₺1,000 into my Jojobet account, but the money was not credited. I contacted them through the live support button, but I did not receive any proper response. The lady there said she would help me only if I deposited another ₺6,000, but I explained that I did not have to. After that, the live support line was disconnected, and I have not received any response since. I request a refund of the ₺1,000 I deposited.
