Jojobet Withdrew My Balance Without Logging In and Gave Invalid IBAN Warning

Since the system seems to have made modifications to my account without my knowledge, I am seriously troubled by it. I failed to log in, although the system seemed to be running as though I had joined a game and taken money out. I keep getting a "invalid IBAN number," hence I am not able to withdraw the remaining sum now. Worse, the website does not even include a game called Backgammon; still, it seems the system took all the money from my account as though I had played. I need this resolved right away; this is more than just confusing and unjust. I would value open communication and a correct reimbursement for my money.
