Jojobet Unfairly Reduced My Winnings and Zeroed My Balance

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to file a complaint against Jojobet (operated by Coinbar N.V.), which holds a Curacao license. I have experienced the following issues on this website: The platform displays very high winnings (for example, hundreds of free spins show large amounts), but the actual credited or withdrawable amount is unreasonably low (e.g., 570 spins gave only ₺10-11). In some cases, during withdrawal attempts, the balance suddenly decreases or is reset to “0”. Despite investing significant amounts of money, I have not been paid fairly. This is misleading, unfair, and indicates that the operator may be engaging in fraudulent practices. I kindly request that you investigate this matter and take the necessary regulatory action against Jojobet.
