Jojobet Removed Cash Out Option - Ignored My Loss Bonus Requests

I have been a member of Jojobet for 10 years and have suffered a great loss due to the removal and unavailability of the cash-out option. They are clearly doing everything they can to make players lose. They claim the loss bonus in the casino section is 10 percent, but where is it? Despite my repeated applications, it was never given. While the cash-out option is available in all matches and even FIFA games, why is it suddenly unavailable when I play now? They do not even know which matches have this option and which do not. My loss is significant, and I strongly advise against playing. Everything works smoothly when you deposit money, but when you have a complaint, there is no solution. They called me from 03127520449 and offered me ₺1000 to remove my complaint. When I refused, they called again and offered ₺2000. I am a customer, so why should I delete my comment just because it benefits them? There is no benefit for the customer, only compensation for the damage. Even if I face consequences, I will continue to pursue this matter using all available channels, including their contact numbers, the names I made EFT transfers to, receipts, and all my credit card transactions. I swear, they will see the truth of the saying "burn the blanket for the sake of fleas."
