I Face Front Wheel Breakage on My Joie Joyfull Stroller After 10 Years of Use




I have been using the Joie Joyfull model stroller for about 10 years, and up until now, it has worked perfectly fine. However, in September 2025, the front wheel broke during regular use. The product’s warranty period has already expired, but I’ve never experienced any issues with it before. I originally purchased the stroller from an Ebebek store.
Currently, the only issue is with the front wheel, and this is the first time I’ve ever had such a problem. Even though the warranty has expired, I’m kindly requesting assistance in obtaining a replacement part for the front wheel. I’d appreciate any support or guidance Joie can provide to help me get the stroller back in working condition.
