I recently ordered five Jo Malone Discovery Colognes, with plans to give two as gifts. To ensure I had two gift sets, I ordered two units, expecting each order to contain only five bottles. However, I received a single box with double the quantity, 5x2, all packed together. When I called customer service, they told me I should have placed separate orders for each set. They also mentioned that many customers encounter this same issue, so I’m left wondering why Jo Malone hasn’t clarified this on their website. This is not the service I expect from a premium brand I shop with frequently. Once before, I received gift items without proper boxes or gift packaging, which was already disappointing. If this issue happens again, I’ll be reaching out to Jo Malone’s international team to address these recurring problems.
