Jio Balance Deducted for Unwanted Subscription That Cannot Be Cancelled

My name is Parshuram and I am using a Jio SIM. On 12 June 2026 at around 1:20, ₹299 was deducted from my Jio balance due to a subscription that I do not want to use. I was trying to cancel this subscription through Google, but the cancellation was not happening and still the amount was cut from my balance. After the deduction, I contacted Google support and explained that this was activated by mistake and I do not want this service. They informed me that this subscription is linked with your side and told me to contact you for cancellation and refund. I kindly request that this unwanted subscription service be completely cancelled and that the wrongly deducted amount of ₹299 be refunded to my balance, because I do not wish to use this app or service and the subscription was activated by mistake.
