Quotex Jio UPI Deposit Debited But Not Credited To Account

I made a deposit of ₹900 to my Quotex trading account via Jio UPI on 25/12/2025 at 01:28 (Deposit ID: 106285245). The money has been successfully debited from my Jio UPI account, but it has not been credited to my Quotex trading balance. Even though the payment was completed from my side, my Quotex balance still does not reflect this ₹900 deposit, which is causing me financial inconvenience and preventing me from using the platform as intended. I have contacted support about this issue, but the problem has still not been resolved. I request that the ₹900 be refunded back to my original Jio UPI account as soon as possible, or the amount be immediately credited to my Quotex trading balance. I kindly ask you to investigate this failed or pending transaction urgently and resolve it without any further delay.
