JD Sports Order Marked Delivered But Not Received
On 28.04.2026 I placed an order for shoes from JD Sports to be delivered to Turek, Poland. According to the tracking page on track718, the parcel status changed to “delivered” on 28.04.2026, but I never received the package. I do not know which courier company handled this shipment, I only see the tracking information through track718, and there was no delivery attempt at my address and no notice left. Despite the “delivered” status, I still do not have my order. I kindly request that my parcel with the ordered shoes be located and delivered to me as soon as possible, or that JD Sports take the necessary steps to ensure I receive my package without any additional cost to me.
