JCEX Shipment Issue - Fake Tracking Caused Financial Losses

I am filing a formal complaint regarding multiple fraudulent shipments handled by JCEX, which have resulted in serious financial losses and harm to myself and other customers. The shipments in question are associated with the tracking numbers JCEYH1400029843YQ and JCEYH1400029843YQ, and concern orders supplied by a fraudulent seller in China who issued forged documents. After JCEX marked these shipments as “delivered,” the corresponding SWIFT payments were released by the bank, even though the underlying shipping documentation was incomplete and unreliable. From April 2025 through the period immediately after the Golden Week holidays, JCEX failed to provide complete and legitimate shipping documentation, including proper packing lists, customs clearance documents, and verifiable proof of loading. Instead of cooperating transparently, responsibility was shifted back and forth between the seller and JCEX, and JCEX merely told us to complain about the seller rather than addressing their own role in issuing and validating the tracking information and supposed delivery receipts. As a result, tracking updates appear to be fabricated or misleading, and they have been used as a basis for releasing funds, causing direct financial damage. In addition, because we relied on the timely delivery of these shipments, we were waiting for critical industrial components for our ceramic tile production line. The unexpected delays caused by JCEX’s misrepresentation and failure to provide verifiable shipping documentation led to a production halt of approximately three weeks. During this stoppage, we suffered substantial financial losses, including continued energy consumption for gas and electricity to keep the kilns operational, since they cannot be safely shut down without risking damage, as well as labor costs for workers and personnel, delays in fulfilling customer orders, and further operational expenses. These impacts significantly compound the direct financial losses associated with the fraudulent shipments.
