JCEX Delivery China Lounge Marked 'Delivered' Not to Newtown

The delivery status says it has been delivered to my house, but it has not. I would like to know where it was actually delivered, as it was not sent to Newtown QLD 4350. Is this delivery service, JCEX, even legitimate? I ordered my lounge from China and would like updates on its location. Thank you, Joanne.

The website I bought from is no longer working. I have called every number and emailed Track718, and I also tried to contact JCEX, but I haven’t received any response. I made the purchase with my card for $115.
