JCEX Marked My SHEIN Order Delivered but Nothing Arrived

I placed an order on Shein for a basket, which was shipped with Jcex to my address at 218 Tassell Cres, Suffolk, VA. According to the tracking information, the package status has shown as “delivered” since April 9, but I have never received this package. There was no delivery made to me, and no package was left at my address, yet the system still shows it as delivered. I have tried to contact both Shein and Jcex customer service regarding this issue, but so far, I have not received any response from either party. I request that my order be resent to me and that I be provided with clear proof of delivery showing when, where, and to whom this package was supposedly delivered. I expect this situation to be investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
