I sent one of two JBL Tune 510BT Multi Connect earphones to technical support because of the annoying rhythmic digital sound that occurs when there is no active audio flow, whether the device is turned on or not. It was a big disappointment when they returned it with no action, claiming that no problems were found in their tests. I couldn't figure out how they didn't detect a sound that was easily audible when plugged into the ear. The fact that they had no intention of communicating or receiving or giving information is also a source of disappointment. It is very inconvenient to encounter such a problem in a very expensive device of a high-quality brand, and no solution has been produced.
