JBL Flip7 Speaker Return Refused - Order Canceled Due to Box Integrity

On October 7, 2025, I ordered JBL Flip7 Bluetooth Speaker, IP67, Pink. My order number is 206678637538. I bought it as a gift for my daughter, but when she opened it and looked at it, she didn't like the color and dimensions, so we decided to return it. I returned the product, unused and undamaged, carefully packaged with only two security strips, and sent it back via DHL e-Commerce. When I submitted my return request, upon receiving it, they rejected my return on the grounds that "the box integrity was compromised." However, the box was intact, and only the security strip had been used. When I contacted customer service, I was told that I needed to fill out a return form at the JBL technical service center and that the service center would accept the return. Despite N11's advertising emphasizing easy returns, they provided no assistance whatsoever during this process, leaving me feeling mistreated. Even though I returned the product unused and without any problems, I was treated unfairly by both the seller and N11. I demand that the return be accepted and my payment be refunded.
