Withdrawal Pending for Weeks and Balance Cannot Be Withdrawn

I am a user of the Jalwa game and my game UID is 10472***. On 24/05/2026, I requested a bank transfer withdrawal of ₹240 from my Jalwa account. Despite waiting for around 20–25 days, this withdrawal has still not been credited to my bank account. At the same time, there is approximately ₹390 currently available in my Jalwa game account balance, but I am unable to withdraw this amount either. In total, I have deposited around ₹22,000 in this game, so these blocked amounts are very important to me. I have already submitted a complaint to Jalwa game support regarding the pending withdrawal and the issue with the blocked balance, but I have not received any response so far. I find it very disappointing that there is no update or explanation about my money. I request that my pending ₹240 withdrawal be credited to my bank account immediately and that the remaining ₹390 in my Jalwa account be made withdrawable without further delay, or I should be given a clear written explanation as to why these amounts are blocked and when they will be paid.
