I am a user of the Jalwa game with UID 4755352, and I am experiencing a serious issue with my withdrawals through Arpay.
I currently have two withdrawal requests that have been pending for several days without being credited to my account. The first withdrawal is for ₹12,026, requested on April 3, 2026, via Arpay. The second withdrawal is for ₹305, requested on April 4, 2026, also via Arpay. Both transactions are still marked as pending, and the funds have not been credited.
I contacted Arpay customer service, and they directed me to Jalwa game support, stating that I should contact Jalwa directly. When I reached out to Jalwa game customer service, they apologized for the delay and said the issue would be resolved as soon as possible. However, despite multiple follow-ups from my side, nothing has changed, and both withdrawals remain pending.
I kindly request that both pending withdrawals—₹12,026 and ₹305 via Arpay—be processed and credited to my account immediately, and that this issue be resolved without any further delay.
