I am writing regarding a withdrawal issue I am currently facing with the Jalwa game. On April 29, 2026, I requested a withdrawal to my State Bank of India account ending in 1577. The status within the Jalwa game shows the withdrawal as “completed,” and more than 24 hours have already passed, yet the money has still not been credited to my bank account.

I attempted to contact Jalwa game customer service regarding this missing withdrawal, but I have not received any response or explanation about the delay. This lack of communication and resolution is very concerning.

I request that the withdrawn amount be credited to my State Bank of India account without any further delay. Alternatively, I expect a clear explanation along with a prompt resolution to this issue as soon as possible.
