Account Blocked With Withdrawal and Betting Disabled

I have been using the Jalwa Game app for playing and withdrawing money through UPI. Since around 15 May 2026, my withdrawals started getting rejected many times, and now I am not able to place bets or apply for withdrawal at all. At present, an amount of about ₹50,223 is stuck in my Jalwa Game account (Game UID: 8446***), and I cannot transfer it to my UPI. I request that my account issue be checked urgently and that my full balance of ₹50,223 be released and credited to my UPI, and that my betting and withdrawal features be restored. I expect this problem to be resolved as soon as possible so that I can access my own money without further delay.
