User Account Block - Need To Reactivate My Account
I have been using my Jalwa account on iOS for a few weeks without any issues, mainly to play games. However, on 7 June 2026, when I tried to log in, I started receiving a message stating that my user account is blocked, and since then I have not been able to access my account at all. I have not made any in‑app purchases or paid subscriptions on this account, but I would like to continue using it as before. I kindly request that my Jalwa account be checked and reactivated as soon as possible or that I am clearly informed about the reason for this blocking if there is any violation associated with my account.
