İş Bankası Maximiles Black Card Offers No Benefits Despite High Monthly Spending

I have been actively using the İş Bankası Maximiles Black card for an extended period, with an average monthly spending of ₺125,000. Despite this level of expenditure, I have not been able to benefit from the privileges supposedly offered by the card, nor have I seen any clear advantages in its usage. This situation highlights that the card’s services fall short of my expectations relative to my spending. To date, I have only received one discount on restaurant, hotel, or travel expenses, with no additional benefits provided. Additionally, an annual card fee of approximately ₺2,000 has been charged, which I find unfair considering the services and privileges available. The rejection of my refund request for this fee suggests a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. Based on the 2011/4736 basis and 2011/11579 decision of the 13th Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court of Turkey, there is a legal precedent for refunding credit card fees. I therefore request a refund of this fee and kindly ask for a prompt response to ensure my rights are protected.
