On 26 July 2026, a charge of USD 14.99 from IQSCORE.ME/US LONDON GBR appeared on my account, even though I did not authorize or approve this transaction and was not aware of any subscription associated with this service. This is the first time such a charge has appeared on my account, and the payment is currently still being processed. I kindly request an immediate full refund of the USD 14.99 charge and the complete cancellation of any membership or subscription that may have been created in my name without my explicit consent. I also request written confirmation that any such subscription has been cancelled and that no further charges will be made to my account.
